Audit Arrangement
Pursuant to the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, the annual financial statements of a Hong Kong limited company must be audited by a Certified Public Accountant. The audited financial statements must be laid before the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, and submitted or retained for later submission to the Inland Revenue Department. We can arrange for an independent auditor to carry out the audit work for you. The audit is conducted in accordance with the Hong Kong Auditing Standards. At the end of the audit, the auditor will form an independent opinion on the financial statements. Our services can help directors of the company comply with the relevant statutory requirements and fulfil their duties.
