Processing Time
Brand-new company
Incorporation of a brand-new company can usually be completed within 7 days. The processing time can be shortened to 1 day if using our Express Incorporation Service at an additional fee of HK$800.
Shelf company
The processing time for a shelf company is about 2 days.
Our incorporation packages include a maximum of three shareholders and directors. If the total number of shareholders and directors exceeds three, we charge HK$1,000 for each additional shareholder or director.
